"Just Another Claim" or a Face and a Name?

In the midst of a health event to a long-term care insurance company, you might be just another claim number. Members of BeWell@Home, however, have a face and name thanks to the relationship with their personal Wellness Coordinator. The relationship with this aging professional begins as soon as their membership does. The Wellness Coordinator meets face-to-face at least once a year with the member to get to know them, check on their health, and living conditions.
