BeWell@Home is the first non-profit Continuing Care at Home program in South Carolina. This program brings the best of long-term care insurance and the benefits of a Continuing Care Retirement Community with the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs for a comprehensive and affordable approach to care right at home. BeWell@Home is an extension of Lutheran Homes of South Carolina (LHSC).
LHSC has provided quality residential and healthcare services to South Carolinians for over 100 years. As a non-profit organization, LHSC’s mission is to promote the well-being of older adults of all faiths and beliefs.
BeWell@Home is also affiliated with ministry partner BeWell Home Services, a non-medical home care program licensed by South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
