At the core of BeWell@Home is our Wellness Coordinator; an expert in the aging process, with experience developing wellness plans for all stages of life. The role of this professional is what sets BeWell@Home apart from other long-term care insurance companies.
Upon becoming a member of BeWell@Home, one is immediately introduced to our Wellness Coordinator. She begins the process of getting to know the member personally, their healthy history, wishes for their future, their likes and dislikes. She makes home visits to ensure one's living conditions are conducive to staying at home as long as possible. Overtime, the member and the Wellness Coordinator develop a relationship.
In the event of a health event, no matter how major or minor, the experience the member has with the Wellness Coordinator is unlike the experience one may have when dealing with a "claim representative" or "customer service agent." The Wellness Coordinator is there to communicate with your medical team and your family members. The Wellness Coordinator also provides references for aging services as well as invaluable advice throughout your golden years.
